Syskoplan is seeking an ambitious SAP Project Manager with strong functional expertise and leadership experience to manage global programs leveraging the latest SAP technologies—including S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Analytics, and RISE with SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead global SAP projects (implementations, upgrades, enhancements, etc), including managing project teams, timelines, budgets and other resources. Typical projects range from $.5MM to $6MM in overall budget.
• Effectively plan, organize, prioritize and assign assignments to team members
• Develop and execute strategic plans in collaboration with the appropriate client stakeholders
• Manage, motivate, empower and evaluate the consulting team to expand professional, management, leadership and technical skills
• Foster the continued success of the team and collaboration with the end client

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree 
• Travel up to 50%
• 7+ years of SAP experience with 5+ years in an SAP project management role
• Experience on at least 4 full lifecycle projects (SAP implementation, SAP release upgrades and/or ongoing support of SAP S/4HANA and other SAP business solutions). 
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving configuration, system communication and other issues that clients might experience within their operational SAP landscape
• Practical experience in the application of SAP methodologies (ACTIVATE)
• Leadership skills to guide the consulting team and act as a trusted adviser to the client regarding strategy, direction, and risk.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) extensions, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or AI-driven automation.
• Familiarity with cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) in SAP deployments
• Industry experience in manufacturing, automotive, or life sciences
• Exposure to SAP CX, Ariba, SuccessFactors, or SAP Datasphere
• RISE/GROW with SAP, or Public Cloud/Cloud ERP certification

At Syskoplan Reply we are seeking an SAP FICO Consultant to join our team. You should be fluent in SAP Financials modules (FI/CO) with an eagerness and willingness to learn new technologies. You will have or are working towards CPA qualifications and have a sound understanding of financial close, consolidation process, and reporting. 

Responsibilities

• Act as a business consultant to help customers achieve their objectives by being an excellent communicator who understands the importance of communication in a consultant's role.  
• Problem solve with an extraordinary technical and functional understanding of Accounting Principles along with SAP products.
• Support end users from a functional and/or technical perspective and work closely with end users and business partners to analyze and review their business requirements or processes. 
• Troubleshoot and configure SAP FICO including integration points with other modules and cross functional design/build of other modules. Working on multiple projects as a project team member or team lead.
• Lead fit/gap and other types of working sessions to understand needs driven by business process requirements. Translate requirements into solutions, using SAP Best Practices.
• Prepare clear and concise documentation, as well as provide timely status updates. 
• Proactively identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues. Assess corporate impacts of changes and recommend strategies to senior management.
• Provide knowledge transfer to clients and fellow consultants, in formal and ad hoc settings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree 
• Travel up to 50% 
• 5 years of SAP FICO experience with a detailed understanding and experience with financial closing and consolidation
• Strong accounting/finance background 
• Experience in the project lifecycle from requirements gathering, solution design, realization, testing, go-live preparation, and execution, as well as hyper-care
• Proficient in the business processes associated with financial operations, which includes expertise in general ledger accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset management, cost center accounting, and profit center accounting
• Hands-on S/4HANA experience, including use case of standard Fiori applications
• Hands-on SAP Analysis for Office experience
• Exceptional analytical and conceptional design thinking skills

At Syskoplan Reply, we’re looking for an SAP Technical Lead who combines deep, hands-on technical SAP expertise with team leadership. This is a hybrid role where you’ll both lead and mentor a small technical team and roll up your sleeves to architect, configure, and deliver solutions. You’ll be the anchor point for clients and internal teams with a pivotal seat at the table shaping how we deliver SAP solutions.

Responsibilities 

• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse SAP technical team of ~10 consultants 
• Collaborate with business and project teams to design and deliver integrated SAP and non-SAP solutions
• Get hands-on to configure, troubleshoot, and guide technical implementations
• Leverage SAP BTP to deliver innovative solutions 
• Build trusted relationships with clients, serve as a technical advisor on strategy, risk, and direction
• Share thought leadership through white papers, webinars, and case studies

Minimum Requirements 

• Experience as a Technical Lead/Manager on SAP projects, including cloud and hybrid implementations, with the ability to lead teams and advise clients on strategy, risk, and delivery.
• Hands-on expertise in S/4HANA, ECC, and system administration, plus experience with SAP BTP tools & services (Eg: Business Application Studio, Work Zone, Build Process Automation, etc).
• Track record delivering full lifecycle SAP solutions that integrate SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring secure authentication, seamless connectivity, and effective troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google) and SAP cloud systems (S/4HANA, C4, Concur), with familiarity across ERP functional modules for cross-team collaboration.
• Travel up to 50% during peak project phases, demos, etc.

Preferred Qualifications 

• SAP Public and/or Private Cloud certification(s)
• SAP Cloud Architect
• Development experience

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through SAP Cloud ERP implementations and adoption.
• Lead fit-to-standard workshops and working sessions, ensuring requirements are aligned with SAP Cloud ERP best practices.
• Solve complex problems with deep technical and functional understanding of logistics business processes and SAP solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot SAP Logistics modules and cross-module integrations in cloud and hybrid environments.

• Proactively identify risks, assess impacts, and propose mitigation strategies during project delivery.
• Provide enablement and knowledge transfer to customers and colleagues, supporting long-term success and user adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of SAP experience with at least 2 full-cycle implementations, including SAP Cloud ERP (formerly S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.
• Proven experience with SAP Cloud ERP configuration, including organizational structures, master data, and integration points.
• Skilled in guiding customers through fit-to-standard processes rather than custom development.
• Hands-on experience with master data set-up, cleansing, harmonization, and migration (including Migration Cockpit).
• Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and design cloud-aligned solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Cloud ERP certification strongly preferred
• Exposure to SAP BTP, IoT, Machine Learning, or Analytics Cloud
• International project experience (NAFTA, LATAM, and/or EMEA) a plus
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and agile project delivery.

• Proficient in all aspects of a project from requirement gathering and gapping to realization to testing, go-live prep and go-live execution as well as hyper-care support. Ability to lead sessions and create requirements to develop the right client solution.
• Proficient in the business processes associated with financial operations, which includes expertise in general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset management, cost center accounting, product cost controlling, profitability analysis, and profit center accounting.  
• Hands on S/4HANA experience including use case of standard Fiori applications.
• Knowledge transfer to clients and fellow consultants, in formal and ad hoc setting.

• S/4 Certification a plus
• Implementation experience in SAP Cloud environments
• Implementation experience with SAP Central Finance (cFIN)
