You are a motivated and ambitious key team member, with functional SAP experience who can manage the responsibilities below. You are responsible for defining and orchestrating a portfolio of services provided to your assigned clients and as a trusted advisor, you will support the setup and execution of digital transformation roadmaps and provision of services to meet the high standards of customers and Reply, while coordinating with the Reply team.

Responsibilities:

• Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and nurture trusted relationships with customers. Define service plans, identify innovation opportunities to support the adoption of SAP and business transformations and ensure the client recognizes and appreciates the value delivered. Support contract extensions and renewals.
• Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans in collaboration with relevant client stakeholders. Ensure these plans enable the client to optimize their SAP investment and deliver tangible business value.
• Risk and Issue Management: Anticipate and identify key risks and issues, both functional and technical. Drive prevention strategies and ensure the resolution of top issues in line with engagement deliverables. Handle escalation for critical situations to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
• Team Leadership and Development: Manage, motivate, and empower the consulting team. Evaluate team performance to enhance professional, management, leadership, and technical skills. Foster ongoing success within the team and promote effective collaboration with the client.  
• Collaborate with Reply’s Project Managers: Actively collaborate with Reply’s project managers to promote successful project execution on Project Delivery, Scope Management, Cost Management and Resourcing.
• Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to engage prospects by understanding their needs and effectively communicating how Reply can meet those needs. Participate in the RFP planning and execution process and assist with the onboarding of new clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Travel up to 50%
• 7 years of SAP experience
• Experience in a project management role
• Experience on 3+ full lifecycle projects in area of SAP implementation, SAP release upgrades and/or ongoing support of various SAP Business Suite products (S/4HANA, CRM, BI, SCM, APO, SRM, SAP Solution Manager)
• Practical experience in the application of SAP implementation methodologies
• Leadership skills to provide direction to the consulting team, and as a trusted adviser to the client when advising on strategy, direction, and risk

• Specific knowledge in any of the following industries: Process, Chemicals, Manufacturing, Distribution,
• Knowledge or experience deploying SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud
• Implementation experience in non ERP SAP Cloud environments

At Syskoplan Reply, we are seeking a client facing Senior SAP Technical Lead to join our team. You are an individual who has technical skills within the SAP realm with a solid understanding of how SAP connects to the outside world and leverage SAP’s offering to meet the requirements of our clients. You have hands on S/4HANA and/or S/4HANA Cloud experience and employ a cloud mindset in providing solutions.

Responsibilities:

• In Collaboration with business, functional, and project management teams gather and formulate the technical needs of the client.  Document, construct, communicate and deliver an architecture that connects to both SAP and Non-SAP tools and systems to satisfy the business and technical requirements.
• Hands-on contribution as part of the team providing technical leadership and guidance to the project and business teams, while ensuring on time delivery of the technical needs of the project
• Construct technical solutions for the client needs using SAP BTP Tools and Services in conjunction with functional team members
• Provision and development of thought leadership collateral (White papers, internal and external webinars etc.) showcasing the use case and features of new technology in the SAP arena
• Lead small delivery teams both onsite and remote for the technical area

Minimum Requirements:

• For this position demonstrable skills in the following areas are required:
• Use case and implementation of BTP based tools and services (Business Application Studio, Work zone, SAP Build Process Automation, SAP Document Management Service, SAP Hana Cloud, Cloud Connector etc.)
• SAP S/4 and ECC administration skills
• Identity Management (IAM/IDM)
• Non-SAP system administration skills and experience
• Cloud and hybrid constructs
• Integration techniques for SAP and non-SAP systems
• User authentication for both internal and external users
• Diagnosing network and security issues related to external access
• 2 full lifecycle projects demonstrating ability to document, construct, communicate and deliver SAP based solutions, including cloud elements
• Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure and Google)
• Experience in Cloud Systems (S/4HANA, C4, Concur)

You are an individual who has technical and functional expertise in at least two (2) of the SAP core Logistics modules (SD/LE/MM/WM/QM/PP/PM) which allows you to solve problems and deliver optimum solutions for the client. You have hands on S/4HANA and/or S/4HANA Cloud experience including use case of standard Fiori applications.

• Act as a business consultant to help customers achieve their objectives understanding the importance of communication in a consultant's role
• Problem solve with an extraordinary technical and functional understanding of business process and Logistics Principles and SAP products
• Support end users from a functional and/or technical perspective working closely with them and the business to analyze and review their business requirements or processes
• Troubleshoot and configure SAP Logistics modules including connection points with other modules and cross functional design/build of other modules. Working on multiple projects as a project team member or team lead
• Leads fit/gap and other types of working sessions to understand needs driven by business process requirements. Translate requirements into solutions, using SAP Best Practices
• Prepare clear and concise documentation, as well as provide timely status updates
• Proactively identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues. Assess corporate impacts of changes and recommend strategies to senior management
• Provide knowledge transfer to clients and fellow consultants, in formal and ad hoc settings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Travel up to 50%
• 7 years of SAP experience with a minimum of 2 full-cycle SAP implementations
• Excellent understanding of business processes associated with Sales and Logistics operations.
• Expert in set-up and configuration as well as cross functional design/build of other modules
• Proficient in all aspects of a project from requirement gathering and gapping to realization to testing, go-live prep and go-live execution as well as hyper-care support. Ability to lead sessions and create requirements to develop the right client solution
• Highly skilled in master data set-up, cleansing, harmonization, and migration, including LSMW and Migration Cockpit
• Advanced ability to create impact analyses to make recommendations

Preferred Qualification:

• More than one module configuration experience highly desired
• Knowledge of IOT, Machine Learning and Big Data a plus
• International project or SAP configuration experience in NAFTA, LATAM and/or EMEA is a plus
• S/4 Certification a plus
• Implementation experience in SAP Cloud environments

• Proficient in the business processes associated with financial operations, which includes expertise in general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset management, cost center accounting, product cost controlling, profitability analysis, and profit center accounting.  
• Hands on S/4HANA experience including use case of standard Fiori applications.
• Knowledge transfer to clients and fellow consultants, in formal and ad hoc setting.

• S/4 Certification a plus
• Implementation experience in SAP Cloud environments
