At Syskoplan Reply, we are seeking a Senior SAP Logistics Consultant to join our team. You are an individual who has technical and functional expertise in at least two (2) of the SAP core Logistics modules (SD/LE/MM/WM/QM/PP/PM) which allows you to solve problems and deliver optimum solutions for the client. You have hands on S/4HANA and/or S/4HANA Cloud experience including use case of standard Fiori applications.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a business consultant to help customers achieve their objectives understanding the importance of communication in a consultant's role
• Problem solve with an extraordinary technical and functional understanding of business process and Logistics Principles and SAP products
• Support end users from a functional and/or technical perspective working closely with them and the business to analyze and review their business requirements or processes
• Troubleshoot and configure SAP Logistics modules including connection points with other modules and cross functional design/build of other modules. Working on multiple projects as a project team member or team lead
• Leads fit/gap and other types of working sessions to understand needs driven by business process requirements. Translate requirements into solutions, using SAP Best Practices
• Prepare clear and concise documentation, as well as provide timely status updates
• Proactively identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues. Assess corporate impacts of changes and recommend strategies to senior management
• Provide knowledge transfer to clients and fellow consultants, in formal and ad hoc settings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Travel up to 50%
• 7 years of SAP experience with a minimum of 2 full-cycle SAP implementations
• Excellent understanding of business processes associated with Sales and Logistics operations.
• Expert in set-up and configuration as well as cross functional design/build of other modules
• Proficient in all aspects of a project from requirement gathering and gapping to realization to testing, go-live prep and go-live execution as well as hyper-care support. Ability to lead sessions and create requirements to develop the right client solution
• Highly skilled in master data set-up, cleansing, harmonization, and migration, including LSMW and Migration Cockpit
• Advanced ability to create impact analyses to make recommendations

Preferred Qualification:

• More than one module configuration experience highly desired
• Knowledge of IOT, Machine Learning and Big Data a plus
• International project or SAP configuration experience in NAFTA, LATAM and/or EMEA is a plus
• S/4 Certification a plus
• Implementation experience in SAP Cloud environments

Responsibilities:

• SAP User and Role Administration in multiple products including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, BW, GRC, BTP, etc.
• Create and maintain roles, profiles, user ID's and custom authorization objects, business catalogs, business groups, space and pages
• SAP security troubleshooting and end user support for various user interfaces (SAPGui, Fiori, Webdynpro, etc.)
• Support of SAP security in different project stages and upgrades; maintain clear and concise change documentation and history
• Understand critical access restrictions and audit compliance requirement for user access, system access, remote access, etc.; Understand authorization business requirements for different SAP modules
• Provide expert guidance for SoD conflict resolutions
• Design of SAP security strategy according to customer requirements and SAP best practices

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years of experience implementing SAP Security concepts and strategies (Role design, Profile generation, Auth Objects) and operational administration
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Security concepts and administration for: SAP ECC, S/4HANA, NetWeaver, HANA Database, Fiori, SAP Cloud solutions, etc.
• Strong understanding in reviewing User and Role authorizations and adapting User and Role authorizations utilizing best practice concepts
• Thorough understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) risks and mitigating controls
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work for both support engagements and project deliverables

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the business, functional and project management teams to gather and formulate the technical needs of the client
• Document, construct, communicate and deliver an architecture that connects to both SAP and Non-SAP tools and systems to satisfy the client’s business and technical requirements
• Contribute hands-on as part of the team also providing technical leadership and guidance to the project and business teams, while ensuring the on-time delivery of the technical needs of the project
• Construct technical solutions for the client needs using SAP BTP Tools and Services in conjunction with the functional team members
• Lead small delivery teams both onsite and remote for the technical area
• Provision and develop thought leadership collateral (white papers, internal and external webinars etc.) showcasing the use case and features of new technology in the SAP arena

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Basis system administration skills including, operating system and database, installation, administration and upgrading
• Ability to develop a use case and implement BTP based tools and services (Business Application Studio, Work Zone, SAP Build Process Automation, SAP Document Management Service, SAP Hana Cloud, Cloud Connector, etc.)
• Non-SAP system administration skills and experience
• Knowledge of integration techniques for SAP and non-SAP systems
• Design and provisioning of user authentication for both internal and external users including diagnosing network and security issues related to external access
• 2 full lifecycle projects demonstrating ability to document, construct, communicate and deliver SAP based solutions, including cloud elements
• Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure and Google); Familiarity with cloud and hybrid constructs
• Up to 50% Travel

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Rise certification
• SAP Cloud Architect
• Knowledge of ABAP coding

• Experience on 4 full lifecycle project in area of SAP implementation, SAP release upgrades and/or ongoing support of various SAP Business Suite products (ERP, CRM, BI, SCM, APO, SRM, SAP Solution Manager)
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving configuration, system communication and other issues that clients might experience within their operational SAP landscape
• Practical experience in the application of SAP methodologies (ASAP, ACTIVATE)
• Leadership skills to provide direction to the consulting team, and a trusted adviser to the client when advising on strategy, direction, and risk

• Proficient in the business processes associated with financial operations, which includes expertise in general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset management, cost center accounting, product cost controlling, profitability analysis, and profit center accounting.  
• Hands on S/4HANA experience including use case of standard Fiori applications.
• Knowledge transfer to clients and fellow consultants, in formal and ad hoc setting.

• S/4 Certification a plus
• Implementation experience in SAP Cloud environments
• Implementation experience with SAP Central Finance (cFIN)
