At Syskoplan Reply, we are seeking a Senior SAP Logistics Consultant to join our team. You are an individual who has technical and functional expertise in at least two (2) of the SAP core Logistics modules (SD/LE/MM/WM/QM/PP/PM) which allows you to solve problems and deliver optimum solutions for the client. You have hands on S/4HANA and/or S/4HANA Cloud experience including use case of standard Fiori applications.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a business consultant to help customers achieve their objectives understanding the importance of communication in a consultant's role
• Problem solve with an extraordinary technical and functional understanding of business process and Logistics Principles and SAP products
• Support end users from a functional and/or technical perspective working closely with them and the business to analyze and review their business requirements or processes
• Troubleshoot and configure SAP Logistics modules including connection points with other modules and cross functional design/build of other modules. Working on multiple projects as a project team member or team lead
• Leads fit/gap and other types of working sessions to understand needs driven by business process requirements. Translate requirements into solutions, using SAP Best Practices
• Prepare clear and concise documentation, as well as provide timely status updates
• Proactively identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues. Assess corporate impacts of changes and recommend strategies to senior management
• Provide knowledge transfer to clients and fellow consultants, in formal and ad hoc settings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Travel up to 50%
• 7 years of SAP experience with a minimum of 2 full-cycle SAP implementations
• Excellent understanding of business processes associated with Sales and Logistics operations.
• Expert in set-up and configuration as well as cross functional design/build of other modules
• Proficient in all aspects of a project from requirement gathering and gapping to realization to testing, go-live prep and go-live execution as well as hyper-care support. Ability to lead sessions and create requirements to develop the right client solution
• Highly skilled in master data set-up, cleansing, harmonization, and migration, including LSMW and Migration Cockpit
• Advanced ability to create impact analyses to make recommendations

Preferred Qualification:

• More than one module configuration experience highly desired
• Knowledge of IOT, Machine Learning and Big Data a plus
• International project or SAP configuration experience in NAFTA, LATAM and/or EMEA is a plus
• S/4 Certification a plus
• Implementation experience in SAP Cloud environments

You are an individual who has expertise in SAP Security which allows you to solve problems and deliver optimum solutions for the client.  You have hands on S/4HANA and/or S/4HANA Cloud experience including use case of standard Fiori applications.

Responsibilities:

• SAP User and Role Administration in multiple products including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, BW, GRC, BTP, etc.
• Create and maintain roles, profiles, user ID's and custom authorization objects, business catalogs, business groups, space and pages
• SAP security troubleshooting and end user support for various user interfaces (SAPGui, Fiori, Webdynpro, etc.)
• Support of SAP security in different project stages and upgrades; maintain clear and concise change documentation and history
• Understand critical access restrictions and audit compliance requirement for user access, system access, remote access, etc.; Understand authorization business requirements for different SAP modules
• Provide expert guidance for SoD conflict resolutions
• Design of SAP security strategy according to customer requirements and SAP best practices

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years of experience implementing SAP Security concepts and strategies (Role design, Profile generation, Auth Objects) and operational administration
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Security concepts and administration for: SAP ECC, S/4HANA, NetWeaver, HANA Database, Fiori, SAP Cloud solutions, etc.
• Strong understanding in reviewing User and Role authorizations and adapting User and Role authorizations utilizing best practice concepts
• Thorough understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) risks and mitigating controls
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work for both support engagements and project deliverables

• Manage, motivate, empower and evaluate the consulting team to expand professional, management, leadership and technical skills
• Foster the continued success of the team and collaboration with the end client

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Travel up to 50%
• 7 years of SAP experience
• 5 years in a project management role
• Experience on 4 full lifecycle project in area of SAP implementation, SAP release upgrades and/or ongoing support of various SAP Business Suite products (ERP, CRM, BI, SCM, APO, SRM, SAP Solution Manager)
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving configuration, system communication and other issues that clients might experience within their operational SAP landscape
• Practical experience in the application of SAP methodologies (ASAP, ACTIVATE)
• Leadership skills to provide direction to the consulting team, and a trusted adviser to the client when advising on strategy, direction, and risk

The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the administrative functions required to successfully execute a range of SAP technology-based projects. Working with the Project Manager or on smaller projects, individually, the Project Coordinator supports the project plan and is responsible for ensuring accuracy and timeliness of associated project deliverables, including communication of status, risks and issues to the relevant team members. A successful candidate must be extremely organized and can thrive in a fast paced, deadline-oriented SAP project environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining standard project documentation such as project plan, travel plans, team roster, status reports, risks and issue logs, budget reports, presentations etc.
• Set up and organization of project document repository
• Recording minutes during project, team, and steering committee meetings and gathering related information for project documentation, storing documentation
• Management of change requests to the project plan and other project management documentation
• Provision of seamless communication, planning business activities with clients and stakeholders
• Schedule and organize project team meetings
• Coordination of third-party activities in relation to project execution
• Other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years relevant experience
• SAP prior knowledge or software implementation experience
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with external contacts or employees, including senior executives, international and domestic team members
• Organizational and administrative skills to enable the maintenance and storage of electronic project files
• Strong knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office Suite including competence in advance features of Microsoft Office programs.  Detailed knowledge of capabilities of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint or a willingness to gain and maintain such knowledge so it can be applied to the management of projects.
• Manage multiple priorities by using appropriate methodologies and tools.  Experience with successfully managing complex project and program delivery
• Ability to understand basic technical conversations in meetings and be able to take notes on the details being discussed

Preferred Qualifications:

• SmartSheet experience a plus
• A knowledge of various project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SAP Activate) is desirable or willingness to learn
