Increasing Value to Clients as Syskoplan Reply, Formerly Enowa -2023 Kick Off Note

In 2022 our clients had to evaluate new business models, which presented many challenges – reshaping a return-to-work vision, retaining key members during the great resignation, predicting global financial implications of serious political unrest, as well as wide economic swings with increasing operational costs and supply chain disruptions.

For us last year, as Enowa completed our name change to Syskoplan Reply, we found similar opportunities in offering flexible project delivery models, identify employee retention measures, and integrate more with Reply to increase our value to our existing and future clients. In doing so, we are proud of the level of repeat business and new project wins we have in partnership with all our clients.

  • Client demands of our project delivery models have varied greatly from fully in person, multiyear transformation programs to part time, incremental     enhancement and support type work – two opposite ends of the spectrum which takes careful orchestration and active communication to achieve the level of success we have become known.
  • While we were not unscathed by losing a small number of key employees, we are excited that our culture helped keep the bulk of our team intact and     attract new experts. We attribute that to the bond between all of our team internally (as we saw at our company event in Nashville), and the trust and recognition of our clients. This consistency enables us to keep great relationships with our clients and retain configuration knowledge of their SAP     landscapes.
  • Reply’s network has also provided value to our clients through their vast offering which we extend to our clients where appropriate. In collaborating with Reply experts, we collectively contributed to regional and global projects adding on capabilities for cloud migrations of our clients. Lastly, we learned a great deal about the Reply SAP team, and their great history, which enables us to gain deeper expertise on SAP Customer Experience, BTP and a wider team approaching 900 globally.
