A New Year is always an exciting time and 2022 is no exception. As we grow on the success of previous years, we see our clients pivoting, some fast and some slowly. We were elated to be a necessary extension of their team and we earned a new level of deeper partnership to assist in their business process and SAP projects – that is success.
Building on these accomplishments comes with the need to adapt and grow. To satisfy the growing needs of our clients, you likely have seen that Enowa has joined Reply, right around the first of the year. I paused a few weeks in sharing this kickoff note as we settled in. It has given me the opportunity to meet a multitude of new folks within Reply. It is nice to see and feel a similar sense of culture, where we care deeply for clients, employees, and work quality in with what are now, everyday conversations within the network.
Reply’s global network of companies, with their vast competencies in Information Technology and approximately 10,000 employees, will provide our clients the global backing of a much larger organization, while retaining the agility, quality, and closeness you know of us today. The Reply network offers access to leading technology important to the future of Enowa clients, such as AI and IoT, plus a wider SAP competence including Customer Experience (SAP CX), Ariba, Qualtrics and the BTP.
While watching the current environmental volatility (pandemic, economic and supply chain based) we found ways to execute without compromising quality. We see deep advancement in technology solutions as we move our clients to the Intelligent Enterprise. We strive to ensure that our clients are poised to take advantage of future innovation to help with ongoing volatility. This aligns with industry focus, and we see it as our role to enable the move to standardization and cloud solutions when pragmatic. To this extent, Enowa has continued to hire the right business process consultants to support our clients ECC, S/4HANA, Analytics and Process Mining needs. Enowa invests heavily in certified education for our team and new service authorizations in RISE with SAP and Recognized Expertise (REx)in various industries – this results in trained experts ready to implement new solutions meeting our mid and large sized client needs.
